Yoga & south Indian cooking workshop @Sanno Kaikan, Omori

Cook, eat, and know "the yogic diet".
We will learn what to eat and not to eat, based on "Hatha Yoga Pradipika" and other yogic scriptures, and practice asanas and pranayamas to maintain healthy digestive systems.
In the 2nd half of the session, the owner chef of the south Indian restaurant "Kerala no Kaze" will give you a cooking class. Enjoy a typical vegetarian meals - sambar, rasam, dhal, thoren, rice, and more!

1. Come out of west exit of JR Omori Sta., turn left.
2. Go straight 500m on Ikegami Street.
3. Turn right at "Sanno Kaikan Iriguchi" signal.
4. Walk 50m, turn left at "Sanno Kaikan" sign.
5. Come to meeting room on 1st floor at Sanno Kaikan.
* Applicants of this workshop to receive 1 stamp on their membership cards.
* A membership card with 5 stamps can be used as a JPY3,000 ticket.
